My family's love of food has spanned three generations and two continents. Coming from a family of chefs and restaurateurs, the kitchen is where I am most comfortable and inspired. I consider a clean kitchen and a basket of fresh provisions my palette on which to create beauty. I am so grateful to share my gift with visitors and residents of the beautiful Hawai'ian Islands. I look forward to cooking for you and your 'ohana.

Brian Acker

Brian Acker

Chef, Bartender, Sommelier, Mixologist, Super Dad
Chef Brian Acker is a graduate of the Colorado Institute of Arts Culinary program, and a certified Sommelier with the Guild of Master Sommeliers.  Hailing from the state of Ohio, Brian is a true industry professional, having worked every aspect of the food and beverage industry from line cook, pastry chef, Hotel F&B director, and restaurant owner. Most recently he worked as the Hawaii manager for the Kenwood Vineyards Family of Wines. Brian’s passion is people, which makes him a great fit for the Lilikoi Team.  Chef Brian is also a bartender and can pinch hit anytime as the host with the most as his radiant personality brightens up a kitchen and his excellent service and culinary chops make him a valuable asset to team Lilikoi. When Brian isn’t whipping up amazing drinks and sauces with Chef Maja,  he is a Dad to four Keiki, ranging in age from 14-4 months.

Sous Chef, Server, Flamenco Dancer Extraordinaire, Domestic Goddess

If Josefina is on site,  you can be sure we will be listening to excellent music and the kitchen will be very nicely cleaned,  as we go.  🙂  Josefina has assisted with the execution of many epic parties serving in multiple capacities, as she is a whiz in all things domestic. ( as well as a very talented artist-) her macrame business, @tiedbythesea is featured in boutiques around the island. She hails from Uruguay so you can bet she knows great food and music and makes a mean chimichurri and is constantly reminding me that chimichurri is in fact from Argentina.

Molly Reeder is a passionate baker and another co-collaborator in all things delicious and amazing.  Molly’s passion is baking and has been featured as one of the top 10 bakers in the United States by “Bake“ Magazine.  She is not only a talented whiz in the kitchen but also an amazing culinary illustrator with her art published in a number of publications.  Aside from these amazing accolades,  Molly is an awesome person, a delight to have on site and has the most infectious laugh and bright eyed smile.  We are happy to have Ms. Molly on team Lilikoi. 

Erin Pritchard

Erin Pritchard  

Wholistic Nutrition Expert, Chef 

Co-collaborator in all things healthful and healing, Ms. Erin Pritchard received her training in Nutrition and Health Psychology from UC Santa Barbara and honed her craft servicing clients with dietary restrictions for her clientele on Maui’s north shore.  She has consulted and created for many clients ranging from high performing world-class athletes to clients with medically induced dietary restrictions for many years before hanging up her apron to raise her two boys, Kaden age 9 and Bowen age 3.  Erin is passionate about holistic nutrition instruction for families. She and her and husband, 3-time World Champion windsurfer, Matt are land managers at the 50 acre north shore farm estate, Aura NorthShore where Chef Maja harvests regularly from their thriving citrus orchard.
